Counsel | Public Finance (San Francisco)
Direct Counsel is seeking a Public Finance Counsel to join a highly regarded Infrastructure Group at a top law firm in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in public finance or project finance, acting as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel (preferably on project finance transactions), lender’s counsel, and / or sponsor / equity counsel. Experience with transportation, water / wastewater, and public building projects is highly preferred.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in public finance / project finance
- Strong background in bond transactions and infrastructure-related financings
- California Bar membership required
- Excellent academic credentials
- Superior research and writing skills
- Partner-level candidates are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those who have a proven ability to develop business or bring a portable book of clients
Compensation :
Salary : $175,000 - $230,000
