Real Estate Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience to join a prestigious firm’s Real Estate Practice in Fort Lauderdale. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, including acquisitions, lending, and leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Advise clients on real estate investments and development projects.
• Collaborate with institutional lenders, investors, and developers.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience at a reputable firm.
• Strong transactional experience in acquisitions, lending, and leasing.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $225,000 - $260,000, based on experience.
