Machine Operator
Direct Mail Solutions is a full-service mail and fulfillment company located in Richmond, Virginia. DMS is seeking Machine Operators in our Lettershop department, who are responsible for setting up and running production jobs.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and run jobs to customer expectations.
- Identify ways to take proper corrective action and expedite operational status of the printer/inserter/folders.
- Provide Support in areas necessary to maximize productivity.
- Trouble Shoot minor equipment failures.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Willing to learn and eager to succeed.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Experience working in the print industry is helpful.
- Willing to work overtime as it is needed.
This is a fulltime position. Day and night positions available.
Core day shift hours are three days a week 6:00am 7:30pm.
Core night shift hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30pm-6:00am
