The essential role of this position:
Estimating Coordinator has an important role in making sure the estimating division operates smoothly and efficiently. Estimating Coordinator performs a wide range of administrative duties to support the estimating team.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-bid coordination including creating bid packages, updating bid calendar, and preparing bid-related documents.
- Owner and subcontractor liaison. Coordinates site visits, submits RFIs, submits proposals and technical information, retrieves appropriate signatures, and issues bonds. Provides subcontractors with Procore access and assistance. Posts owner correspondence. Handles majority of communication with clients/owners.
- Handles estimating tracking.
- In charge of bonds and insurance.
- Maintains proper documentation in Procore.
- Prepares and compiles proposal packages.
- Other duties as assigned.
