About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to lead our behind-the-scenes recruiting efforts and attract top-tier Sales and Operations staff to our growing team. This role is crucial for building a strong talent pipeline and showcasing our company as the premier destination for ambitious and successful loan professionals. You will be the champion of our employer brand, responsible for managing our recruiting database, cultivating relationships with potential candidates, and crafting compelling content that resonates within the mortgage community.
Responsibilities:
Database Management: Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM, ensuring data accuracy and efficient candidate management. Develop strategies for growing our database of qualified Loan Officer candidates.
Relationship Building: Proactively engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, email marketing, industry events, and online communities. Build and nurture relationships to create a pipeline of qualified leads.
Content Creation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that highlights our company culture, employee benefits, success stories, and unique value proposition for Loan Officers. This includes:
Creating engaging social media content for various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Developing content ideas for management to share on their professional networks.
Crafting targeted email campaigns for Loan Officer recruitment.
Collaborating with marketing to develop compelling marketing materials for LO recruitment campaigns.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence for recruiting purposes, including posting regularly, engaging with followers, and monitoring relevant industry conversations. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Loan Officer Campaign Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns specifically designed to attract experienced Loan Officers.
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting our company's values and employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent.
Performance Tracking Reporting: Track key metrics related to recruiting marketing efforts and provide regular reports on progress and ROI. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or mortgage industry.
Strong understanding of the sales profession and the factors that motivate them.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.
Experience with ATS and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Benefits:
$45,000-50,000 per year
