What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Intake Coordinator position at Direct Orthopedic Care?
Description: Utilizes effective communication to efficiently satisfy guest requests and triage tasks while fielding phone calls. Works collaboratively with those around them. Continually strives to create an exceptional experience for our guests. Has strong front office knowledge and is service oriented. Reports to the Lead Guest Care Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities:
- I am available to assist current and potential guests, vendors, other medical clinics, etc.
- I guide guests to access our services in the most effective way possible.
- I assist clinic level operations with faxes, tasks and anything needed to optimize guest experience.
- I greet guests in courteous, attentive and professional manner.
- I complete guest registration, appointment booking and updating existing guest demographics by collecting all necessary information.
- I triage guest calls to the appropriate department.
- I schedule appointments in a professional and timely manner.
- I answer the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently or within a team

- Ability to demonstrate professional communication
- Must be able to learn our guest management software
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must be able to problem solve independently
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
