About the Role:
The Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within Direct Property Aid. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we bring in the best candidates who align with our company values and vision. Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions, including sales, marketing, and operations roles.
- Conduct interviews and screen potential candidates, ensuring they meet the qualifications and culture fit for Direct Property Aid.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offering positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring you meet hiring goals and KPIs.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure effective sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and interview teams on effective interview strategies and best practices.
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve or exceed monthly recruitment targets and KPIs, successfully filling open positions with high-quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure prompt communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and contribute to the company’s long-term hiring goals.
- Demonstrate excellent candidate experience, ensuring applicants feel informed and respected throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring or within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- A strong understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage time effectively.
- A passion for finding the right talent and contributing to the company’s growth.
Pay range and compensation package: Base salary of $25,000 to $50,000 annually bonuses from $10,000 to $50,000.
