LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company that specialized in the confectionery space. We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to support hiring needs in corporate space, primarily Sales and Commercial Marketing.

Senior Contract Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Sales & Commercial Marketing roles, managing 25-30 active reqs
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent needs and expectations
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Maintain a minimum onsite presence of 3 days per week, engaging directly with key stakeholders
