Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution :
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to align on project goals and milestones.
Technical Oversight :
Ensure that industrial automation systems meet design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges during project implementation.
Budget Management :
Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience managing industrial automation projects.
Skills :
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and related industrial automation technologies. (PREFRERRED)
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred) :
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
