We are seeking a Practice Support Specialist to help implement strategies to drive success of client's practice and utilization of products/solutions.
Job Description:
- Help manage accounts and provide support at events, conferences, and tradeshows
- Suggest new/additional products and services to existing customers
- Maintain product/service knowledge, attend trainings as needed
- Travel to client sites
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of Aesthetics experience currently working within a practice
- Experience doing patient consults and upselling
- Experience in Aesthetics and/or cash-based medicine
- Experience with Meta Post Scheduling (Facebook and Instagram)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in Canva required and Meta or HubSpot Scheduling
