Marketing Manager
Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor and indoor recreation equipment. They are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager responsible for enhancing market penetration and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Ensure that all channel marketing activities are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals while effectively supporting channel partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute channel marketing strategies; ensure alignment with the organization’s initiatives
- Identify potential channel partnerships and assess ability for market reach expansion
- Build and maintain channel partnership relationships
- Develop marketing plans tailored to each channel
- Create marketing budgets for channels
- Market research and analysis; identify market trends, stay informed of competitors and track activities
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing performance metrics
- Customize marketing campaigns to meet the needs of specific channels
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across channels
- Create go-to-market strategies to successfully launch new products/services
- Measure and improve channel marketing; define and track KPIs, monitor and analyze results
- Ensure efficient use of marketing resources for optimal ROI
- Equip and train channel partners with the tools to succeed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related degree
- Min. 3-5 years of Channel Marketing experience
- Experience in building materials, architecture, construction, sports or recreation industries a plus
- Experience developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns
- Knowledge/Understanding of channel marketing principles
- Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in Marketing Automation tools and CRM
Offering:
- Base Salary $100,000 - $110,000
