Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead outbound demand generation initiatives in close collaboration with our sales team. This role is designed for an ambitious marketing professional who excels at integrating strategic planning with effective execution, enhancing campaign optimization, and achieving quantifiable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-value accounts in alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Develop and implement personalized outbound campaigns targeting specific accounts and buyer personas.
  • Oversee cold email campaigns utilizing tools such as Smartlead and HubSpot, with a focus on maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales to formulate multi-channel outreach strategies, incorporating email, messaging sequences, and sales collateral.
  • Create and refine templates, messaging, and enablement resources to bolster outbound sales efforts.
  • Work alongside content, design, and demand generation teams to ensure cohesive messaging and flawless campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of outbound campaigns, providing insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance processes, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and overall impact.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B marketing, emphasizing outbound demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), or sales enablement.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing outbound initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth, particularly for enterprise or high-value accounts.
  • Proficient with tools such as Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar platforms, alongside knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
  • Excellent messaging and copywriting capabilities, with a knack for tailoring content for both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Experience in synchronizing sales and marketing strategies to accomplish shared objectives.
  • Data-oriented mindset for tracking, reporting, and refining campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with ICP development, sales collateral creation, and account targeting techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range: \(120,000-\)150,000 (subject to adjustment based on qualifications, role level, and location). We believe in transparency, and individual salaries will be determined based on qualifications and geographic location.
