Team Lead, Inside Sales - SaaS
Our client is a leader that provides analytics and technological software solutions within a niche industry. They are seeking to hire an Sales Team Lead responsible for a team of business development sales reps, supporting sales strategies and meeting/exceeding sales goals. The ideal Team Lead must have experience selling a solution-based sale and leading a team of BDRs.
This role reports to an office, M-F.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and motivate a team of BDRs (4-5)
- Lead new business development and lead generation efforts
- Ensure all sales goals are met and/or exceeded
- Support implementation of strategic sales plans, promote sales growth
- Evaluate account management activity for team and sales performance
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Keep well-informed of products/solutions, industry trends and new developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 2 years of Sales Management / Sales Team Lead experience (inside sales/new business development)
- Proven success in managing and leading a sales team
- Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
- Minimal travel required
Offering:
- Base Salary $71,500
- Year 1 @ plan $120,000 - $150,000
