Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners, stakeholders, and prospective clients to foster collaboration and drive growth.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to develop actionable business strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies, proposals, and presentations that convert leads into revenue.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our business footprint.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, product development, and finance—to ensure a cohesive approach to business expansion and strategic execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive substantial business growth.
- Proficiency in market analysis, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
