Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and general account issues.
- Provide detailed product information and help resolve any issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer service experience through feedback and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Previous customer service experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred.
