Job Description
We are hiring an Executive Administrator to support the VP of our North America Advertising business.
Own all EA responsibilities for the VP including calendar, schedule, travel, expenses, and everything in between. Your goal is to ensure the VP is executing at her best!
Calendar : Own all aspects of the VP’s calendar, coordinating with other admins at our company and third-party companies to schedule, plan, and coordinate meetings.
Day to day support : Partner with the VP to build a game plan for the week and month including everything from sequencing of meetings, travel times, picking up lunch as necessary, anticipating and managing changes in real-time. You appreciate the thrill of making it work and love working in a dynamic environment.
PPT support : Provide polish, fit and finish, and design work for executive presentations. Bring that extra attention to detail to everything that you do!
Provide travel, expense, and small team event coordination for all members of the VP’s staff.
DL management : Maintain up-to-date distribution lists for our broad organization groups.
Qualifications :
3 years experience as an Executive Administrator working with executives.
Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for fit and finish.
You are a hard worker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You are a self-starter who is highly perceptive and likes to get things done.
CANDIDATE DETAILS :
5 to 7 years experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
This position is in Brisbane, CA - working remote is not an option.
We are looking for someone with high energy and a great outgoing personality.
4-5 years of experience preferably in a similar environment (marketing, advertising, sales).
Add value, more than just EA support, willing to learn and take on more projects.
