Job Description:
Looking for an Outside Sales Rep who is results driven specializing in commercial electrical projects, to Develop new service sales for local/ regional accounts and continued development of reoccurring service revenue sources.
Company offers comprehensive design, installation, and turnkey solutions in electrical, lighting, and data/communications systems. Will be instrumental in expanding their market presence and driving the growth of their commercial electrical services.
Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within new and existing customer through market research, industry analysis, and lead generation (e.g., cold calling, networking, and events).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth and develop strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored electrical solutions that highlight our Clients’ value.
Coordinate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market potential with both new and existing customers.
Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and monitor proposal progress.
Prepare accurate sales contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to close sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Communicate effectively with clients, management, and operations teams to align goals and expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business objectives.
Meet or exceed sales KPI and Sale targets.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
