Beyond repairs, we offer one-on-one riding lessons to enhance rider safety and skills, as well as maintenance mentorship to help riders better understand and care for their own bikes.
Role Overview
We’re looking for skilled motorcycle mechanics to join our team as independent contractors. As a Mobile Motorcycle Mechanic, you’ll travel to customers to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of motorcycles. This part-time, flexible role has the potential to grow into full-time work with optional overtime, depending on job availability. You set your own schedule, accept jobs that fit your availability, and earn pay for both travel and work time—with additional bonuses for bringing in new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site motorcycle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide expert recommendations
- Communicate clearly with customers about their bike’s needs
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and transport necessary tools for mobile service
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance
- 1-3 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and ownership of necessary tools
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and located in the Denver Metro or surrounding areas (Colorado, USA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Dealership or independent shop experience
- Manufacturer-specific certifications (Example: Yamaha, BMW, Aprilia, Harley, Honda, etc.)
- Ownership of a truck or tow-capable vehicle
- A strong passion for motorcycles, riding culture, and helping fellow riders
