Role Description:
We’re looking for skilled motorcycle mechanics to join our team as independent contractors. As a Mobile Motorcycle Mechanic, you’ll be assigned jobs and travel to customers to perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on a variety of bikes. This role starts as a part-time, flexible position with the potential to grow into full-time work with optional overtime, based on job availability. You set your availability and take on jobs that fit your schedule, with pay for both travel and work time.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform on-site motorcycle maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Communicate effectively with customers about their bikes’ needs
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Maintain tools and equipment necessary for mobile service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance
- Experience working as a motorcycle mechanic (dealership or independent shop experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation and own tools
- Certification in motorcycle mechanics is a plus but not required
- Optional: Having a truck or tow-capable vehicle is a plus
