Senior Leisure Travel Advisor - On Site

The Leisure Travel Advisor will be responsible for providing the successful completion of leisure travel arrangements for Direct Travel Leisure clients.
These roles will be in our Mequon, WI, or Cleveland (Mentor, OH) office.
Expedition Expectations
- Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business
- Build client base through Virtuoso marketing, local events and personal networking
- Sell DT strategic supplier products
- Plan itineraries, book tickets and arrange travel accommodations and services
- Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems
- Provide excellent customer services to internal and external clients
- Continued education via Virtuoso Travel Academy, internal programs, and travel

Passport to Success
- 5 years leisure industry experience.
- 3 years GDS (Apollo or Sabre) experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business education preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- GDS Experience with Apollo or Sabre
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
- Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources
- Proven pursuit of learning and self-development
- Ability to demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
- Capability of working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Organizational skills that result in high productivity
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
