Key Responsibilities:
- Product Testing: Operate laboratory testing equipment and perform daily product testing.
- Compliance Reports: Generate Certificates of Compliance test reports as required.
- Quality Inspections: Perform in-process and routine quality inspections and machine/work-center process audits.
- Equipment Calibration: Assist with the calibration of QC lab equipment.
- Quality Management: Continuous validation of compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Documentation: Develop quality-related SOPs, Work/Technical Instructions, and Data Sheets.
- Issue Reporting: Create and track/report quality and nonconformance issues per the Quality Management System.
- Customer Complaints: Investigate customer complaints and returned materials related to potential quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in Continuous Improvement Activities.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- College associate/Bachelor degree; Trade School with related lab/quality experience is acceptable.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret routine work instructions.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret industry standards is a plus.
- Knowledge in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Shift Details:
- Primary Location: Lancaster, PA with some occasional travel to our Denver, PA office.
