- Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Front Office Coordinator)
- Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Dental Assistant)
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Dental Assistant)
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. (Front Office Coordinator)
- Saturdays: 8:00a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 1 Saturday / Month (Front Office Coordinator)
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental office with 2 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and supporting a profitable practice.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in Denticon dental software and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental terminology with patients.
- Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!
- Greet patients, schedule future appointments, handle incoming calls, manage claims & answer questions.
- Act as a servant leader, demonstrating care & compassion.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, taking into consideration dentist availability and treatment times.
- Confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments via phone, email, or SMS.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to accommodate emergency cases and patient needs.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage the appointment schedule to minimize gaps and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with the billing department to verify insurance coverage and benefits.
- Assist in the preparation of patient forms and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the dental office as needed.
