The Supervisor will guide Case Manager and Counselor Team Members in implementing evidence-based practices, managing caseloads, and meeting clinical and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include supervising and coaching field Team member's monitoring service delivery for compliance with standards and regulations, collaborating with community partners, and addressing social determinants of health to improve client outcomes. Additionally, the Supervisor will oversee staff performance, provide training, and ensure efficient reporting and documentation processes are maintained. This position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Education Experience/Requirements
- Must hold a Master's Degree Social Work or related area of study from an accredited university and has at least 2 years of experience in working with at-risk populations to include families experiencing substance misuse, domestic violence, and mental health.
- Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of documented supervisory experience
- Florida licensure as a LMFT, LMHC or LCSW preferred, not required.
- Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) preferred.
