We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Planning Specialist to join our team at Funeral Directors Life. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting with families in the Baker, LA area to discuss their funeral wishes and provide guidance on planning ahead.

Main Responsibilities:
- Meet with families to discuss their funeral wishes and provide guidance on planning ahead
- Work closely with funeral homes to ensure seamless execution of preneed plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with funeral directors and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve services
Requirements:
- Louisiana Life Insurance License (highly preferred)
- Funeral industry experience (highly preferred)
- Highly ethical approach to sales
- Proven track record of sales success
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Comfortable working with user-friendly sales software and CRM software
- Able to collaborate with others and work as part of a team
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Creative and innovative - someone who will take initiative and ownership in their role
- Valid driver's license
