We are currently looking to fill the role of Encompass Administrator to join our fast-paced and expanding team!
The Encompass Administrator is primarily responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and end user support for the Encompass Loan Origination Software platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Encompass Admin Duties: (60%)
- Daily end-user support for software use and technical issues.
- Configuration and customization of Encompass workflow and user interface.
- Implementation of automation based on business rules and custom fields.
- Writing and amending VB.NET logic for business rules and custom fields
- Comprehension and dissemination of end users of major Encompass updates.
LOS Project Management: (20%)
- Collaborating with other departments to improve the loan process and create workflow efficiency
- Continually analyze the system to assess productivity and propose/implement improvements to the system.
Third Party Vendor Collaboration: (10%)
- Partner with 3rd party vendors for integration options to improve workflow.
- Review 3rd party contracts for deliverables and cost of SOW.
- Manage implementation timelines with vendors for proper allocation of resources and completion of integration projects promptly
Other: (10%)
- Manage technology relationships with external mortgage entities. (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
- Review integration invoices on a monthly basis and approve for payment.
- Initial set up of user accounts both internal and external based on user role and necessary access.
Qualifications
- Experience in the administration of Encompass or other Loan Origination Software
- Mortgage experience – (In operations or in systems)
- Basic knowledge of the mortgage loan process and end-user roles/tasks.
- Ability to manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Extended periods working on a desktop workstation. (PC)
- Webinar meetings with department heads and CEO.
