- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer deadlines.
- Analyze production capacity, specifications, and materials to optimize workflow.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and unforeseen challenges.
- Track raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory to align with production goals.
- Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate with suppliers to manage material forecasts and procurement timelines.
- Generate production reports, workflow plans, and inventory assessments to improve efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in production.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management preferred.
- Experience: 3 months of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, or materials planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, and production scheduling tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical ability for capacity planning, lead time calculations, and workflow optimization.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate production plans.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve scheduling and supply chain challenges in real time.
