Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Quality Inspector with an IPC certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting circuit boards using an x-ray machine to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
This role requires a strong understanding of quality inspection processes and IPC standards, specifically related to electronic components and circuit boards.
Responsibilities :
- Perform x-ray inspection of circuit boards to detect and document defects such as soldering issues, component placement, and any other quality concerns.
- Review and interpret IPC standards to ensure all inspected boards meet industry quality requirements.
- Document findings and generate detailed reports of inspected circuit boards.
- Collaborate with the quality and production teams to address any identified issues, ensuring that all products meet internal and client quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality control checks and audits on products throughout the production process.
- Maintain the x-ray inspection equipment, ensuring it operates effectively and accurately.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certification is a plus.
- IPC Certification (IPC-A-610 or other relevant IPC certifications).
- Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably with circuit boards or electronic components.
- Proficiency in using x-ray inspection machines for quality analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
