We are seeking a highly skilled Junior HR Coordinator to work in the Roslyn / Arington VA area.
Key Responsibilities :
- As a Junior HR Coordinator for our federal sector client, you will :
- Perform operational processes pertaining to Personnel Actions, Payroll, Benefits, or Document Management
- Work independently on one or more tasks such as : perform payroll research and resolve discrepancies, process recertifications, process leave adjustments, process VLTP donations, process non-pay impacting personnel actions, correct SINQ errors, process FEHB, FEGLI, and TSP elections or changes, disposition official personnel files
- Collaborate with fellow HR Processors as needed to resolve complex inquiries or requests
- Maintain required forms, records, and files pertaining to HR transactions
- Provide administrative support to multiple stakeholders (employees, managers, etc.) while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Manage high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with employees.
Qualifications Required :
Associate's Degree plus four years of relevant work experience
