The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Middleburg, VA-based team, specializing in managing construction and millwork projects for educational spaces.
As a Project Coordinator, you will support project execution from start to finish, gaining hands-on experience while working closely with senior project managers. This role is designed for someone looking to grow into a full-fledged Project Manager, with exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing multiple construction projects focused on millwork and educational spaces.
- Support project planning, material procurement, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Review architectural drawings and specifications, assisting with submittals and RFIs.
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and documentation to support project profitability.
- Participate in site visits, learning how to oversee installations and problem-solve in real time.
