We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Customer Engagement and Adoption Specialist to work
onsite in Sierra Vista, AZ.
Job Summary:
As an M365 Customer Engagement and Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in
helping drive modernization for a large DoD customer by collaborating with Microsoft and
customer stakeholders on M365 adoption and user engagement efforts. Your primary
responsibilities will be to inform M365 adoption strategies, create messaging about new features
and changes to the environment, and coordinate incident response for M365 service disruptions.
Your work will be instrumental in enhancing our customers' understanding and satisfaction with
M365 products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Review service health alerts and evaluate whether incidents warrant user messaging.
Review weekly M365 service update rollups and evaluate which features warrant user
messaging.
Gather information for M365 outages and communicate to users quickly and clearly.
Publishing articles on new M365 features and upcoming or recent changes to the M365
ecosystem.
Engage with users concerning new features or issues related to M365.
Repackage monthly M365 license updates for customer consumption.
Conduct a monthly Teams event to demonstrate new features to users.
Create and update user manuals, product guides, and technical documentation.
Design and incorporate graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to
enhance user engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for IT and cloud service management.
Assist in documenting and standardizing internal processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in cloud adoption and service management, especially Microsoft
Azure/M365.
Experience in technical writing, communications, and graphic design.
Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
through visuals and text.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
Active Security certification.
MS-900 certification.
