We are seeking a highly skilled EP-DNS Senior Systems Engineer to at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ.
Job Description:
Systems Engineer Senior, will deliver simple solutions to complex problems as an EP-DNS Senior Systems Engineer. Providing engineering, systems administration, capability management support for the current Global Enterprise Fabric (GEF) non-secure and secure networks, installation support to deploy GEF and future configurations of the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs all necessary procedures to ensure the safety of information systems assets.
- Provides technical, logistical, programmatic, security and accreditation support to the EP-DNS project to include planning, scheduling, designing, configuring, testing, integrating, managing changes, establishing and maintaining documentation, and updating of systems.
- Provides systems maintenance, operational oversight, security analysis and system reporting of the EP-DNS system.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience in the information technology field
- Enterprise Domain Name Service expertise, working knowledge and skills inclusive of IPv4 and IPv6, Infoblox
- Security Clearance Level: Secret
- Dod 8570.1-M Certification: IAT Level III certification, computing environment certification required
- Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
