What we are looking for
We are seeking a well rounded Landscaper who can help care for our customers' properties throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall Seasons. We service commercial properties and high end residential homes around the Truckee Tahoe Area.
Job Duties
- Provide our customers with a “Spring Clean Up” Service which includes aeration, dethatching & raking of the lawn, hand pulling visible weeds, pruning plants, air sweeping of hard surfaces, collecting debris from property and hauling away debris and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Maintain customer properties on a weekly or biweekly basis which includes mowing and edging lawn, hand pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, air sweeping of hard surfaces hauling away debris and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Provide our customers with a “Fall Clean up” Service which includes aeration, clearing of debris, tying trees and shrubs, air sweeping hard surfaces, hauling away debris
- Operate powered equipment such as mowers, aerators, thatchers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws
- Responsible for maintaining & safekeeping company tools, equipment, and electronics
- Ensure quality work is performed
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to to bend continuously at the knees and work low to ground
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and work as part of a team
- Clear direct communication
- Efficient in working under pressure and meeting deadlines

- Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) HIGHLY desirable
- CA drivers license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of Irrigation not required, but huge plus
- 2 Years experience in Landscaping
Pay
- This is a full time seasonal, hourly position
- Willingness and availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Pay range $28 - $ 30 per hour or based on experience
- Potential for year round work
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
