In search of a Scraper Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment operation. The goal is to ensure all projects are carried out in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards.

** Our business is located in Hanford, California, however, we have jobs throughout California that last 10-11 months out of the year. We are hiring scraper operators that can be away from home for up to 3 weeks at a time. **

We are looking for a hardworking and honest individual who is:

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:

* Operate scrapers to move, distribute and level earth, rock, sand and other construction materials

* Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in good operating condition

* Recognize and report any mechanical issues or damages to the equipment

* Follow safety rules and regulations at all times, including wearing appropriate safety gear

* Communicate with other crew members to coordinate work and ensure smooth operations

* Adapt to changing weather conditions and environmental factors, as all of the work is done outdoors

* Wage is $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience

* Must be willing to be away from home for up to 3 weeks at a time if job is not in the Brawley area. (3 weeks away, weekend at home, etc.) Per diem pay when staying out of town.

* Full-time position for 10-11 months out of the year

Occasional prevailing wage jobs

Must have a valid driver's license

· TODOS los trabajos están fuera de la ciudad. Debe estar dispuesto a estar fuera de casa hasta por 3 semanas a la vez. (3 semanas fuera, fin de semana en casa, etc.)
