The Role
As our Ads Manager, you’ll oversee ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and PPC platforms, working closely with the SEO Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist. Your role will focus heavily on creating engaging video content and writing compelling ad copy. We want someone who’s not afraid to take risks and experiment with new formats, including hiring UGC creators, actors, or influencers to produce unique ad campaigns.
Your ability to deliver quantifiable results is key, as you’ll be responsible for driving campaign success and optimizing performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Meta, Google, and PPC ad campaigns, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Creative Video Ad Campaigns: Collaborate with influencers, actors, and UGC creators to produce dynamic and engaging video content for ads.
- PPC/Paid Search Management: Oversee PPC strategies, ensuring ads deliver high ROI and align with overall business goals.
- Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling, results-driven ad copy that resonates with our target audience and supports the creative vision.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain alignment across marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Optimization: Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously improve ad performance.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of trends in Meta, Google, PPC, and search engine marketing to keep Dirt Legal’s strategies innovative.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in ad management, with a strong focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and PPC.
- Proven track record of developing successful video ad campaigns and high-performing ad copy.
- Experience working with UGC creators, actors, or influencers to create unique ad content (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of current trends in Google, Meta, PPC, and search engine marketing.
- Experience with reporting platforms like Cometly or Hyros (preferred).
- Ability to think creatively and break away from traditional ad strategies to develop innovative campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
