What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR - NORTH AMERICAN OFFICE position at DIS Study Abroad in Scandinavia?
This new position will coordinate the administrative and data needs across various platforms including FileMaker, CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint. You'll be part of our Enrollment Management team who works with prospective and applying students, and you'll also support administrative and data needs for Curriculum Integration, Alumni, and other functions of the DIS North American Office (NAO). You'll develop competence by performing structured assignments with guidance and direction, and learn to identify and come up with innovative solutions to help the team make data-driven decisions in admissions and enrollment, curriculum development, and beyond.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
50% Enrollment Support & Administration
- Manage dashboards and reports related to enrollment capacity, cancellation trends, course enrollment data, and other tools used for tracking and forecasting DIS enrollment
- Develop and oversee administrative and operational workflows and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with department goals
- Become a superuser of our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system : learn the ins and outs of the software, build and maintain workflows, and test new features in collaboration with local and overseas colleagues
- Create reports, presentations, and data visualization tools
- Support Enrollment team with data entry, student registration, and managing team resources.

DIS - Study Abroad in Scandinavia is a Danish non-profit educational foundation with programs in Copenhagen and Stockholm and a North American Office in St Paul, Minnesota. We offer high-impact semester, academic year, summer, and custom learning experiences taught in English to undergraduate students from distinguished North American colleges and universities. By inspiring each student's curiosity and love of learning, DIS fosters academic achievement, intercultural understanding, and development of life skills essential for engaged citizenship.
Our North American Office consists of 20 international educators who advise, recruit, prepare, enroll, and support prospective and enrolled students. Working closely with 200 U.S. Partner Universities, we build and maintain pathways for study abroad as well as staff and faculty engagement with education abroad.
