Expert Solutions Consultant - Law and Technology

About the Role
As a Legal Training Consultant at LexisNexis Legal & Professional, you will be an expert in the use of our products and their value to legal professionals. Your primary responsibility is to provide education and support, build preference, and drive usage of our solutions within assigned accounts and/or territory.

This hybrid role involves assisting legal professionals with the use of LexisNexis research tools, providing legal research assistance, and partnering with sales to grow revenue for the Business.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing consultative services to legal customers and prospects through proactive outreach to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products
• Communicating credibly with customers to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to help improvement
• Reaching out to customers via phone and email to uncover training and product needs
• Demonstrating LexisNexis products and highlighting competitor differentiators to retain and drive revenue
• Collaborating with internal partners to drive preference and develop strategic account plans
• Partnering with sales to provide product demonstrations for prospective and current customers to grow revenue for the business
• Identifying and sharing upsell leads and opportunities with sales partners
