Responsibilities :
Review project documents, blueprints, and requirements to understand scope.
Attend bid walks and team meetings.
Assess production cost factors and prepare material, labor, and cost estimates.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
Manage and analyze bids from vendors / contractors for cost evaluations.
Present estimates to management and track actual costs.
Qualifications :
2 years of relevant experience.
High School Diploma (postsecondary electrician training or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Ability to interpret project drawings and schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Accubid Trimble is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
