Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate intermediate-level audiovisual equipment.
- Guarantee guest satisfaction through effective communication and equipment management.
- Monitor events and provide timely assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff and outside vendors for equipment and resources.
Work Environment and Requirements
This role requires working in a hotel/convention center environment with moderate exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand, and/or dust. Team members will use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components and be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders.
