TEKsystems is looking to hire a Mailroom Clerk to work for a client in
East Greenbush, NY.
This position is of immediate need / immediate hire looking to start in the next week or two!
This opportunity takes place in a smaller, fast paced office type environment and does have performance metrics involved.
Job Duties
- Opearting image screening equipment using a wide variety of software applications
- Serves as departamental liason for clients seeking assistance with electronic imaging process
- Prepares and maintains various records, logs and statistical reports reflecting operational activites
- Document preperation (pre&post scanning)
- Research termed, unknown, misdirected or missing material
- Administer Customer Srvice support desk; process information requests which may be recieved

Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
