Responsibilities :

• Works toward and acquires the required skills to advance to a minimum of a level 2 in the SBP system.
• Understand and operate under the requirements of a Controlled / Clean Room.
• Actively supports the team through commitment to Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.
• Actively participate in team meetings and goal setting / accomplishments.
• Proactive and reactive in 5S.
• Volunteer services and / or knowledge on team projects and Team Engagement Roles.
• Ability to use problem solving / lean tools to resolve team issues.
• Ability to become certified on all processes that require certification.
• Safely operate a hand truck to move product.
• Support and practice current policies.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Ability to speak clearly and effective with team members.
• Perform other duties as directed by Team Leader.

The starting wage for this role is $22.19 an hour.
