What will you do in this job? :
Audit and balance credit card transactionsPost and maintain banquet event ordersSet property management system to following dayRegister and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, provide instruction to bell staff when necessaryCommunicate with night security, report any guest issuesCommunicate with night maintenance to report any issuesPrint next day reports for arrivals, departures, vacant rooms, etcEnsure guest wake up calls are logged into phone systemKeeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisorOffers assistance to guests and teammates where neededBe a utility player who can complete a variety of job dutiesWhat skills and experience do you need for this job? :
