AMSOIL INC. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team at our facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will perform advanced administrative duties for the Operations team, providing support to employees, customers, and stakeholders. The work schedule is Monday – Friday 8am to 4 : 30pm.Core Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to leaders, including answering phones and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities such as meetings, catering, travel, office equipment, and document control.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, vendors, and agencies via phone, email, or other forms of communication.
  • Assist visitors with building entry, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Support HR activities and coordinate new employee onboarding activities.
  • Participate in business process and site operations improvement initiatives.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and requests.
  • Prepare, maintain, distribute, and file various site records, correspondence, reports, and procedures.
  • Support ISO audit activities.
  • Order office, operations, and lab supplies, equipment, and tools as required.
  • Support purchasing by ordering and requisitioning certain finished goods inventory items.
  • Support receiving purchase orders into JD Edwards.
  • Coordinate and execute facility tours for dealers, university groups, community clubs, and special visitor events.Position Requirements :
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience.
  • Competent in the complete MS Office Suite.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional service orientation.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or related technologies.
  • Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), and follow up effectively with employees and customers.
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and copiers.Other Details :
  • Pay type – hourly
  • Pay starts at $22.31 - $26.25 depending on experienceBenefits :
