Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by helping to screen, interview, and onboard new agency owners and their teams
- Assist in the onboarding and licensing process for new agents, ensuring a seamless transition into Farmers Insurance
- Organize and maintain district records, ensuring CRM data is up to date and accurate
- Handle administrative duties related to recruiting, training, and district operations
- Coordinate district meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Assist with event coordination for recruitment and district-wide activities
- Support district leadership in tracking and reporting key performance metrics related to recruiting and district growth
- Provide administrative support to agency owners, assisting with their needs as they grow their businesses
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Experience:
- 1 years of experience in administrative support, operations, recruiting, or insurance roles
- Strong interest in recruiting or human resources with the ability to build relationships
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and office software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and support team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bilingual is a plus
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
