Responsibilities
Responsible for answering calls, managing physician schedules, managing all incoming / outgoing documents from providers / patients and representing the clinic with a positive, professional attitude. Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and work to minimize patient wait times. Also serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel.
