Required Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
* 5 years' experience in contract drafting and negotiating, and general legal training
* Excellent knowledge of corporate law and regulations
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills
* Ability to influence and motivate others
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
