Position Overview :
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to high-impact projects within a confidential and success planning progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, and completeness,
Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain general ledger preparing trial balance, and reconciling entries.
Collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
5 plus years of experience in accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with a background from Big 4.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. What We Offer :
