As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will lead and/or partner with cross-functional teams on items including talent acquisition, talent development, leadership development, succession planning, diversity, equity, and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, performance development, and total rewards.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience with a Master's degree, or 6 years of experience with a PhD are required. Additionally, you must be willing to travel up to 25% and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting an organization with a population of 500 employees, previous experience working for a government defense contractor, and an active Secret clearance are highly desirable.
