What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training and Coaching Professional position at Disability Solutions?
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and business unit leadership to identify training needs and provide recommendations for programs that should be implemented with new hires and experienced sales professionals.
- Prepare documentation to be provided to participants after training programs are completed.
- Identify subject matter experts, coordinate the planning of training programs, and facilitate the delivery of classes.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, analyze results, and implement enhancements as needed to ensure the effectiveness of all classes and programs.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales professionals at all levels to reinforce training concepts.
- Work closely with all levels of our sales organization to problem-solve and consult on organizational challenges.
- Report results and develop executive summaries at key intervals and at the conclusion of sales training/program initiatives.
