A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a private workspace are essential for optimal remote work performance. You should be proficient in troubleshooting common computer issues and comfortable using specific software tools, as Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible with our platform. Clear and concise verbal communication skills are crucial, alongside the ability to build rapport with callers from diverse backgrounds.A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement, with additional education preferred. You must be available to work between 8 am and 8 pm EST, with weekend availability being a plus. A successful candidate will thrive in our dynamic, customer-focused environment while embodying our core values of empathy and problem-solving.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Ability to work remotely
- including reliable high-speed Internet; the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues; and a private dedicated work space is required.
