We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle customer calls
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide multilingual support to customers, with fluency in multiple languages
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience with data entry and customer-facing software
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high-volume call centers
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience with data entry and customer-facing software
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, with fluency in multiple languages would be helpful, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours:
12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. OR 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Mon – Fri
7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. OR 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
